You can believe whatever you want to. But in regards to your comment, YES the inspector 'is' also liable and complicit in any legal matters concerning code violations in liability cases in regard to loss of life, property and/or personal injury. If you actually believe that the 'Master' is the only one that they can go after in a lawsuit, then brother, I've got a deal on some really cheap waterfront property for sale in Phoenix that I'd like to sell to you. 'Close' counts in more than horseshoes and hand grenades, trust me on that. Been there, bought the shirt. :roll:

Roger, Rodger that! I Staying with the state department . There is a alot of travel., but the pay is far much better.I was just trying to bring up some of the workmenship in my home town. This particular job I can personally say is one the worst. I Had MENtioned to the inspector and he or she will be sure it met up to code.

From the last page, I assumed he was going on an ill-advised walkthrough with the inspector, while angry hack installers keyed his car in the parking lot. :)
