I think the problem with everything is they are giving the union jobs to the wrong guys and for the wrong reasons. I've been passed over a few times by guys with less experience and did the same as me in school. Good for them but it's all about who you know anymore. I have my own part time business now because I didn't go to school just because. I research this material because i really enjoy learning more about this trade. I bet not one guy that has got in the union in my area has ever been on this site or anyother just trying to learn more. I find it sad just cause you know someone you have a better chance.
