Well they have height/weight requirements for some amusement park rides - supposedly for safety and not to discriminate. Seems logical if I am 6 foot 5 and weigh 350 pounds the clearance dimensions given in 110.26 maybe are not enough for me to work safely on the equipment, but if I am only 4 foot 8 and weigh 75 pounds I may be safe at distances less then mentioned as well. Seems like to be fair to everyone we need to rewrite that section
