The work should be performed while receptical locked out out, with HRC 4 clothing, including face shield and gloves on both you and the cameraman.

ground down since it was outdoors--I was worried that the wind might blow a paper clip against the wall and it could bounce up and short the 2 blades of the cord cap and thus wreak havoc as well as mental anguish to all concerned.
