Pierre, I have a problem with your use of the term raceway. I do, however, agree with the availability of their use for running a cable wiring method.. . . as raceways as well.
Charlie and IBEW441bc have both provided good information on the types of listed raceways/wiring methods. I also see some who like to use mullions from window frames or gazebos as raceways as well.
Considering the posts above, can you change the gate post to RMC or IMC?
Roger

for electrically controlled equipment and is used to support
Class 2 circuit conductors or cables that are solely

circuits

bodies in accordance with 314.23 or to support luminaires

Did you really think I was serious? See the wink.
Maybe my delivery was better than I thought.
Roger
but somebody might have....
Is that something like a "what if"
Roger
Again if the wiring method is cable I can certainly run it in a mullion.

. . . Open conductors in a mullion used as a raceway, no way. . .
Jesse, in light of his previous post, I don't believe that is what he meant. :smile:do you mean that you have seen something of the nature of THHN run in window mullions? . .

No, but you can use a wiring method that deos not require a raceway
