Liebert UPS, over voltage.

I've done 2 liebert ups, and the over voltage can be from 100's of different things, its a long way from the power plant to the customer allot can happen, as for the liebert you can easily shut it down by accident if you don't know what you're hitting the one's I did were fed by 480v had a built in transformer to knock it down to 120/208, so between the source, rectifier, transformer, bypass switches there's plenty of damage to be done. Emergency stop switches too, and the electronic controls. I think the lieberts keep an event log similar to a fire alarm system, you may need a tech to come extract it, good luck and don't admit to anything.
