We have about 600' of straight run of linear 1x4' lighting( they are tandem mounted). It's about 10' AFF. Thinking a lift would make for a quicker install than a ladder. Any thought?

A lift will make it go a lot faster

If there are no obstructions for the lift then I agree with Mc a lift is the way to go.

Because back in the day scissor lifts were an expensive luxury. So were microwave ovens and VCRs, cable TV was something your way cool friend had. Labor used to be cheep and tools were expensive. Times have changed and construction work has evolved quite a bit since then.

Get a lift for the guys changing the lights. There is no reason not to do it.
