If this is a feeder-- yes. If these are service cables-noI am running 4/4/4/2 urd in 1.5” pvc conduit direct burial. Can I run 4 #14 stranded thhn in the same pipe for a switch leg ?
The underlying principle is that service conductors are not effectively protected by upstream OCPD but rather are just expected to burn out in a bad enough fault condition. So mixing them in a raceway with protected circuits would potentially defeat that protection, which would be a bad thing. If this is a feeder-- yes. If these are service cables-no
