It's 10 hp. At 460 V, that's 14 A per NEC. 1.25 x 14 = 17.5 A. Conductors have to be rated 17.5 or higher. Molded case breaker should be 25 A. In theory #14 AWG would work if rated 75 deg C (along with terminations). #12 AWG is probably better.
Per NEC, it would be a 35 amp breaker (430.52 @ 14amp). The chart seems to indicate it might be called upon to run at 1.;25% so I would lielly go with a 12 minimum (albeit a 14 meets Code).
