Moving Panel over Ideas?

Hi, I need to install the new lever bypass meter base that will shift everything over about 2.5in which would put the panel right where that change in siding is. Due to where the circuits come in I can't lower it enough to go under and I'm trying to not move the mast over 2.5in. Does anyone have any ideas on what can be done? I was thinking of doing a gutter above the meter so I can move the meter base over without moving the mast not sure if utility would allow it though. Is there any lever bypass meter bases that have the hub on the right? Just looking for ideas. Thanks

The panel is over the steps so it cannot be in the current location. It should be moved to the left side of the meter.

You can have a sweep El to re-align the new meter location. But even the existing mast may still need to have a guide wire added with the appearance of the height above roof line.

And as was noted the disconnect at the existing location at the steps would be a violation

What's wrong with that? I dont see any issue with it. Im trying to leave the panel in the same spot.
The panel location is already a violation but if they let you leave it there then leave it. The mast just needs an offset bend in it and it will be in the proper position to get the 2.5".

Yeah, I could see it being a problem if it were new construction. But no way they'd make me move it from its current location. I will look into getting a supply house to bend an offset. I didn't know they did that actually.

Oddly enough they dont require it unless over 4ft here.

Check with POCO about cutting another KO in the meter socket and use a myers hub after blanking the existing hole.

Good idea! I'm wondering if the inspector would take issue with that though... Not really any different than drilling a hole in a panel...
