Multi ground wire splice

Not a multiport connector that individually secures each conductor - like a WAGO, Polaris connector, terminal strips, ground bar....

As you can see the center conductor (white 4th from the left) is relatively straight compared to the conductors that were next to it and the outer conductor. Even though the center white is not twisted with the other ones, with the pressure of the wire nut and the wall pressure of the other conductors I could not pull the center one out. So it is in there for good.

I have a pvc box with 6-8 #12 ground thhn wires that I need to splice what's the best way to do this. Also this jbox is outdoors

go to a supplier and ask them for a cat # ECLXO75M ground bar. It even has a mounting post on it but with a plastic enclosure I wouldn’t bother wasting time mounting it.

Don't have the latest code book but you might be allowed to reduce the number of grounds anyway. Multiple grounds are not always required in a single conduit with multiple circuits. The idea is that you probably will not have multiple faults at the same time.

One EGC per raceway or cable is sufficient as a general rule. Design issues could call for more then one but I am not aware of NEC requiring additional EGC's per raceway or cable. In fact a metal raceway usually can be used as the EGC and you don't have to pull a wire type EGC within the raceway. Many are pulling one anyway these days, but that is a design decision and not a code requirement.
