M mattsilkwood Senior Member Location missouri Aug 31, 2007 #42 ive seen open neutrals do some wierd things , on my barn (overhead off the main) with a load one leg to ground showed 240 the other 0. no load read just fine.redid the splice on the neutral has worked great ever since.
