See Table 310.15(B)(2)(c). At 51 MM the correction factor is 22?C.

22C+39C=61?C

See Table 310.16. The correction factor is .33 for type ZW.

Definitely homework. If you measured something for how high above a rooftop a conduit is, would you choose 51mm, or would you call it 50?
