Guess that means our girls are out of luck.YBOR CITY probably out too.Does sound like a tough job.Hard planning every thing that could go wrong or is needed.Do wish you luck if you do take it.I am glad to hear they will be prepared next time,i will be too.No electric can hit home real hard if it happens.I was lucky only down 4 hours.Many were out for days.

Not sure just how many there are but there is a bunch.Take extra good care of the sams on north dalemabry and the wal mart in land o lakes

Peter, where are the stores in N.C. going to be?
I did have a friend that was involved with a similar type venture with KMart in the 80's when they were putting in pharmacy's.
The per diem was $320.00 a week up front (in the 80's this was nothing to laugh at) and the wage was close to triple what the average was in FL at the time.
They would fly into a location and work nights doing the changes, this lasted for about a year if I remember correctly.
I had seen the "help wanted add" and shrugged it off as to good to be true, so I say, don't miss the chance, you can leave if it is not what you want or thought it to be.

I'm not sure yet. They won't be starting in NC until the Florida venture is over. Apparently they are booked up for years with this type of work.

I should mention that the pay is laughable to do this work, being in Florida and all. :roll: But, considering room and board is taken care of, vehicle provided etc, I might do it just to get the experience.
