Maybe a POCO or contractor that builds lines for POCO's? They tend to use bare conductors as well as larger sizes of bare conductors more often than most the inside wiring guys do. Yes a lot of them have steel reinforcement strand in them, but they have non reinforced conductors on shorter length reels for making up certain things that aren't longer free span conductors.Oh, I know it's made.
