New Construction-Deck Pours

So you have a multi story building with decks being poured and a hoist. I assume the hoist is always a few floors behind the deck pours. How does the electrical crew/layout guys get from the last hoist floors to the deck being poured? Stairs I imagine??:dunce:

How about the equipment the might be to heavy to lug up the stairs? Crane?

The deck carpenter build ladders, typically in the elevator shafts to move from floor to floor on the levels above the hoist. Large material is lifted by the crane. We use a large dumpster looking box called a boat that we pre-load with materials on the ground and then have it picked to the top deck when needed.
