Were the pipes coming out of the wall on the left (under the sink) there when the panels were installed?
If the sink cabinet were modified so that it did not protrude into the working space there would be no problem with it, and if the washing machine is at least 3' in front of the panel it would be fine as well.

There are so many other things wrong with this job it's to much to get into but this is awesome

No the panels were existing.. This was a remodel. Plumbers came in after meWere the pipes coming out of the wall on the left (under the sink) there when the panels were installed?
Rodger in order for it to not be in the working space the front of it would have to be 18 in to the left of the panel correct ?If the sink cabinet were modified so that it did not protrude into the working space there would be no problem with it, and if the washing machine is at least 3' in front of the panel it would be fine as well.

Commercial space.. that's inside a break room of a spa.. when you say the cabinet could be modified I'm confused do you mean cut the back of the cabinet and push it closer to the wall so the front of it is not protruding in front of the panel ?

The washing machine will be at the extreme left of the photo, nowhere close to the panel(s). You can just see the recessed area where the hot and cold water connections will be made.
The problem is after they fail this I'm going to have to fix it.. the customers already said that if the inspector doesn't like it she'll have me spin the panels around to face the room on the other side...I think that's what roger is driving at, but just eyeballing that sink I don't think you'd have very much meat on the backside, and you'd probably have to trim the front. Not to mention moving all the legs, somehow. Not worth it. Let the inspector give them the bad news. If you've warned them, you should have a clear conscience.

Something you may want to check on; did the owner hire their Brother-in-Law to do the plumbing, and did he "piggyback" onto YOUR permit? That could end up looking like you were the contractor for the plumbing too. I've seen that happen in the past, although MOST places have safeguards against that now. Also the plumber should have known better
