I know of no LOTO program that requires a one-line diagram. Recommend yes, require no.

Up-to-date single-line drawings shall be considered a primary reference source for such information.

What does the one-line of a single panel installation look like?
A one-line showing only the LOTO points (and no other information) would suffice for the OSHA reference.
