over 600 volts

Not that I have seen. I would think anything of that size and voltage would be under the direct supervision of an EE. What is a motor that size being used for ?

Might want the services of a LARGE rewind shop (assuming you have already crawled over every inch for a service rep's number on the machine).

If this is new motor I would get the manufacturer and supplier involved. Does it use a soft start or VFD?
If this motor is having issues I would do exactly what I said above. What exactly is the question? This motor is not even NEMA rated. That rating stops at 500 Hp. So, it will not be consistant with other motors. Non NEMA motors are exempt from standard NEMA ratings in regard to HP, Speed, Frame, Voltage and so on. It is a beast of it's own.

I have a motor that is 6900 Volt, 7500HP. Is there something besides the over 600V section of NEC ?

What is your question? You wont find anything in the NEC for this motor but I have some experience with motors this size (And much larger) and also know some guys in Cali that can help you if you are having issues.

It has a soft start. The reason for my question is how do you get something inspected if you cant find in NEC ?

If it is a new install, you would use the "Job specs" as drawn by the EE and approved by the building dept. or AHJ that would be inspecting it, possibly a private inspector approved by the AHJ.
