What would constitute using the fixture as a raceway? Pulling wires THROUGH it ? If you did not pull wires through it you would have to splice at each end of fixture ...in the fixture?? Or a box at each end?Nothing would prevent it as long as you're not pulling in other circuits and using the fixture as a raceway (unless so marked).

Yes, aware of that. ThanksYou generally have to keep emergency circuits separate too. Not a fixture that has its own internal battery, but one supplied from a separate branch circuit from a generator and transfer switch.
I only mention due to the "EMB" designation on the 1st fixture.
