The health department has a light meter they will use in the kitchen.
I don't know the ft. candle measured like that.
It should be bright.
I just had to add some florescents in a resturant. As required by the health dept.

I would contact your state board of health, they are the ones who check it with a lux meter whenever I do a resturaunt.

Potentially public. Buyer beware. You'd be amazed at (and probably have seen) what some people will disclose from a PM publicly that is actually hurtful to someone else. This wasn't intended to violate a trust, just a display of time economy.

Honestly, I pulled over on the shoulder of the road long enough to check my email this morning, saw a PM notification from someone I didn't recognize, and didn't know when I'd get a real chance to address it the long way. It was the quickest way to get a new member a better answer than I could give in the minute I had.
