I am installing wiring for a pool and have gotten the power outside to the "Square-D" Junction/Quick-Disconnect box. There are several terminal connections inside 2 lines (hot) which are above and inside of each of the cartridge fuses. Black wire from 12-2 connected here from house main panel. At the bottom of each cartridge fuse is another connection (that I assume is "neutral", and have treated it as such) by connecting the white wire from my 12-2 coming from the house main panel. Finally, the bare ground wire connection to the terminal strip and essentially the box itself. My question is coming out of the box to feed the pool pump (120 volt) with 12-2 UF wire. What connects where? I don't know why Im lost here. Thank you for your time. I have been unable to answer this question as there are no other "connections" in the box other that the ones I mentioned.

You need to employ an EC for this, from your discription you have numerous violations already, for example, your feeder(s) must be in conduit and the EGC(s) must be insulated.

From your profile I see you are an Engineer and performing this work is outside of your expertise, so with that said, I am closing this thread in accordance with the forum rules
