Here's the situation.
Owner (residential) has a pump--(needs 20A, 120V, twist lok), has a 120V plug in heater, 120V plug in underwater fixture with transformer, and a 120V chemical pump. All the accessories are on 3' cords with molded straight blade male NEMA 5-15 plugs.
680.7 says cords are OK
680.22A says OK to GFI if 680.7 is complied with.
Here's my dilemma. These 3 devices are going to be "plugged in" to a quad receptacle located at the 5' from inside pool wall mark.
Is it code compliant to have this quad receptacle (GFCI protected) in the not less than 5' zone?
I didn't find anything in the code saying yes it's ok or no way, not allowed.
Thanks for the help.
