And while we are on the subject of efficiency, can I just add how much I hate occupancy sensors in bathrooms!

Mine points away from the shower/bath so the lights and fan turn off after 20 or so minutes and you have to get up to click it back on. Or bath in darkness.

There was one guy in the office that occasionally sat long enough for the lights to go out. lol (I swear it wasn't me)
