Sorry, but the payback period for the piece of "equipment" is going to be substantial...on the order of 30 years at least. The savings claims of 8%, 10%, and 25% are all very high.
Notice that the return policy says you can't return it if you open it, find out it does not work the way they say, and want to get your money back.
These things are filled with half truths such as it probably does contain capacitors and they do store energy, but not like a battery. And capacitors are used to improve power factor, but all residential and many commercial customers are not penalized for power factor. They only pay for real power, kilo-watt-hours.
When held up to scrutiny, these devices do not pass the mustard.
