I had a guy that would bend pipe like that, wouldn't even use a bender, he would bend it around the back of his neck. Claimed that's how they did it on oil rigs........

They do have those fancy little bending tools. That EMT bends a lot harder then line sets.Probably had the wire in it whilst bending it. But.. How would I know

I see four missing straps. There may be a fifth. The picture is cut off. The Shepard's hook looks like it was bent out of the way after the install.
It looks like it was bent using a pallet.
