push in connectors reliable ?

Are push in connectors as reliable and stable as wire nuts ? I always twist the wires too. I have a new employee who likes using the push in, but I have expressed doubt in them.

Anything is only reliable if installed correctly, both are reliable correctly installed, all the call backs on either one is, in must cases, not a good install. I use both, each has its place
