PVC Above ceiling grid

Can I run a water bond pvc conduit above a grid ceiling.

I cannot find a reference that restricts the use
of pvc above a grid ceiling. The building is precast including the roof, and steeel stud side walls.

I would agree with Hess but would add that if the conductor were #6AWG or larger, run with and secured to the building structure and not subject to physical damage than it can run without any conduit at all.
