The septic pump is cord and plug connected inside the large PVC box. This is SOP for septic pumps in my neck of the woods

I would let it be. Originally, when I saw the picture, I immediately thought they should be using an LB, but it wouldn't be accessible after the deck is in place. Therefore, let it be and move on to the next job.

Mine too,.. but that post is a separate structure.

None of this will even matter when the carpenters start drilling post holes for the deck and cut through both conduits. :grin: Isn't that the way it always happens? It does for me at least.

They'll no doubt be bored deeper than 18" anyway.

I would have used a hot box and offset it into the house.

Is this a 300.5 Column #4 application ? If so then we are down to 12" of cover.

id be having to put 2" of cement over any non compliant conduits. as for under the deck i would be required just to cover the conduit.
