PVC in attics

In general it is allowed however there may be something about being in the fire district. Around here I believe certain buildings cannot have PVC because of the toxicity of the plastic. Art. 352.12 only has a few places where it is not allowed. I would check with the building inspection or electrical inspector for that area.

Particularly if the attic is used as a return air plenum. :cool:
