pvc repair part?

Let's say a GC hits a conduit while digging. What is BEST method to repair said pipe?

Note: You will have to stand in ditch with little working room. Unlike the photos in your link(s).
 
Why would you have to stand in a ditch with little working room? Cause the room you need to be created. If it can't, the job just takes longer. No big deal. I'm not sure about "best way", but these split conduit sections are the only way I know about, other than removing the conductors, putting in real pipe, and pulling back in. I've seen guys wrap some rubber around a broken conduit and pour a burp on concrete on top.
