pvc repair part?

Anyone know of a pvc repair collar that could be used to repair rnc without removing the conductors from raceway?

Yeah, they have split raceway sections. Not sure the manufacturers of such, but they're available at any decent supply house. The addition of stainless steel band clamps ("radiator clamps") around the spilt repair section is recommended by me. :smile:

Then you got a lot of digging to do. I don't understand the question. Are you eluding to the need for trench shoring?

Let's say a GC hits a conduit while digging. What is BEST method to repair said pipe?

Note: You will have to stand in ditch with little working room. Unlike the photos in your link(s).

Why would you have to stand in a ditch with little working room? Cause the room you need to be created. If it can't, the job just takes longer. No big deal. I'm not sure about "best way", but these split conduit sections are the only way I know about, other than removing the conductors, putting in real pipe, and pulling back in. I've seen guys wrap some rubber around a broken conduit and pour a burp on concrete on top.

If your hole is really 4' deep, please use trench guards. they can save your life. think of them like ppe.
