Raintight fittings and emt

You can't keep water out of a conduit or emt. Give the water a place to drain out.

Wet location is mostly about corrosion resistance not about sealing.

Coming in the bottom of enclosures if possible is your best bet as it keeps water out of enclosures if you give the water someplace else to drain to.

You didn't ask about "ingress protection" ratings
With EMT and the set screws vs a threaded entry.

Yup, at this point I only care about making sure everything is properly rated for wet locations.

So can I drill a weep hole in that one still or is that no Bueno and ruins the rain tight listing
