Never did this type installation, reading it, looks like it is describing running parallel circuits to range?

I am working with old houses with old breaker boxes and can not find a replacement breaker. If I hardwire a "RANGE" with a #6 awg wires and a 70 amp Breaker protection. Am I in violation of the "National Electric code"?

Yes. See 210.19(A)(3).

I was pretty certain there was 50 amp OCPD limit somewhere, but though maybe was in 210. Looks like it is what you mentioned though in 422.

There's not a maximum limit in Section 210. Section 422 doesn't provide a maximum limit unless the range has a demand of more than 60A. And then the manufacturer would have to subdivide the load.

You cannot use the 90C rating of a conductor except for de-rating.
