I like that rule that you are required to live with your work for a year or two; after all, you'll either get burned down sharpish, or it's probably "good enough"...

Sure this is federal.... But selling a home for profit under two years triggers capitol gains right???? If thats the case hurry up and get done so the dope can be bent over by the IRS..... :grin:
