Service feed overcurrent protection for multi-unit EV charging

Not really. When people get home from work around 6 pm they all plug in for the next day. EV ranges are overstated from the manufacturer, among other issues. People want level 2 charging at home, and now they want level 3 with cyber trucks which I think are totally stupid.
Yes, well, with half the people stupid enough to charge at 6pm during peak hours, and the other half smart enough to charge off-peak after midnight, and a different half who charge everyday so they don't ever half to think about it, and a different half who are too lazy to spend 10 seconds plugging in before they reach 30%, it'll get decently spread out. Not to mention all the people who work from home or bike to work.
