I'ved used those as well, they're good small space heat. Nice to quickly heat up a small space like a bathroom.I've also use the Marley in-wall heaters. They work fine.

Nope. Unless your home run is going to be 200 feet and you're worried about voltage drop. Under any kind of normal conditions, you're probably looking at only 10-12 amps max @ 120vI am guessing 240v would always be better if the option is there?
