i don think the conductors are marked thwn.thhn...ect
are they?
And the equipment ground is not insulated. In the nm
exactly
.

And without the sheath, the conductors are unidentified.egc not insulated,NM cable in pvc even if conductors are listed for the installation is a violation, because the outer sheath is not.
If it's 6/3 w ground and its coming right out of the crawl/basement then I see nothing wrong but if it is a separate building, then it needs a insulated EGC. ....
175 feet back to main panel, crawl space, basement ? If you mention this I'm sorry I didn't see it. Is that 6/3 with ground? Is it coming out of the crawl/basement right under the panel on the house or is this a separate building? If it's 6/3 w ground and its coming right out of the crawl/basement then I see nothing wrong but if it is a separate building, then it needs a insulated EGC. If it is coming out of the basement/crawl then NM would be Ok until it got outside but for that short distance I would not change wiring methods.
See post 35I wouldn't bother changing wiring methods either in that case of such a short distance - sort of splitting hairs idn't it?
just so we're clear on what this is:
6-3NM w/ ground
175' to main; 100' underground in 1" conduit
feeding a pool panel
6-3NM w/ ground
