Is a $50 any better, or just more expensive?
$50 is better because the bill is probably less worn than a $1. In Boy Scouts we were taught an emergency method to light a paper match when the strike plate on the folder is worn out. Strike the match on the bill (I forget which side is supposed to work best). And were told that a $100 worked even better! I don't know if there's something in the composition of the ink, or does the method rely on the friction of the lines of the ink, rather than a chemical reaction of some sort.

I found another "issue" with contact cleaner by ACCIDENT........

I was trying to sell a mostly working pinball machine today. Found that the scoring "jumps" from player 1 to player 2 , etc. Had the buyer here and he suggested ( yes I should have known better) to disconnect a couple connectors and spray them. Th machine was NOT on at this point. Exercised the connectors a couple times and then we hit the poser switch...... BOOM..... I guess ( and later confirmed) that the propellant IS flammable. Obviously the gaseous vapor IS heavier than air.

I now have to repair numerous burned and shorted wires in the score hear, as the vapors ignited and torched wires and lacing twine.

Lessons learned 1) quit while you are ahead ( sell as is) 2) READ the label on the can.

Sorry for the long post but if it helps someone else from having this happen I did my good deed.
