Tom Baker's solution is the way to go.another brilliant code technicality I presume. what really is the point of bonding if there is no break in the conductor.
I'm all about rules but ...really some inspector could call someone on that.
Don is correct, you have to bond the LB because if one of the hot conductors insulation gets damaged and touches the metal of the LB, there will not be a return path to ground and the LB will remain energized waiting for any unlucky person to touch it and complete the path to ground.
