Stupid Question About Sharing Neutrals

700.12(F) Exception permits a separate circuit if normal lighting in the area is supplied by three or more circuits. See the Exception for additional req'ts
 
Thanks for the help & responses guys & sorry I'm late in replying back, been sick.
This scenario just happened to apply to my night light/emrg. circuit on my current project.
