There is no room therefore no room airflow.

The 1/4 stand off bumps take care of the technical end.

My guess is that there is room for air flow, but that flow is hot air from the condensor coils located right in front of the panel.

Hey George, I was thinking 110.13 but was corrected. It's a 312.2 violation.

I think 110.13 works but 312.2 is more specific. I still don't like the posistion of the air conditioner but I may not be seeing it good in the picture.

There are no 110.26 issues, just the angle of the picture. I took that angle to get the sinking lateral (for old time sake).
