According to exhibit post#1 that manufacturer provided screw bonding panel enclosure is supply side bonding jumper and according to the code section posted post #1 supply side bonding jumper is not recognized as screw. Apparently everything points to that yes. What do you think?

If that exhibit is explanatory to the code then it must be somewhere in the code NEC 2017 itself. Are you saying the exhibit was just made up without coming from code somewhere? They dont put fake exhibits that are not true and part of code language do they?
We are saying the exhibit is one person's interpretation of how the code works for one specific installation.

Ok but exhibit post #1 calls secondary panelboard ground terminal to enclosure bonding jumper supply side bonding jumper.

If thats an illustration of specific install and thats the interpretation that must be reflected in NEC 2017 code language itself somewhere. Where is that code language calling that little bonding jumper from secondary panelboard ground terminal to enclosure supply side bonding jumper?

It is an exhibit of type of installation I have never seen or heard of. No idea where that came from, and there is ZERO code reason for the jumper between the enclosure and the equipment grounding terminal bar.
