I wish I could help but I really don't know anyone who would want that job. Most of the guys I know are small contractors (4" tall) haha. They are too busy doing remo's and service work.

A few years ago I watched all of Mike Holt's videos on this topic and started to do inspections up until last year when I took the free continuing education course offered by the NCBEEC. They recommended that I find someone with more sophisticated equipment for testing pool bonding systems. They gave me a company that has this equipment.

What kind of skimmer do these people have? Everyone I have seen is plastic with all plastic piping. I am not understanding how the skimmer has anything to do with it or why they would only feel it by the skimmer. But if they are feeling it by the skimmer, seems to me it would have something to do with the pool pump as that is almost a direct connection (with water) to the pool pump.
