Need some input here on number 26 I think it's written very bad but I say .C could be b as well but the question is not indicating Ac snap of Ac/DC snap switch

Here's the two sections with the relevant parts. You'll notice that there are two types of switches mentioned, AC only and AC/DC. For resistive loads the answer is the same so it doesn't matter whether you apply (A) or (B).

(A) Alternating-Current General-Use Snap Switch. A
form of general-use snap switch suitable only for use on ac
circuits for controlling the following:
(1) Resistive and inductive loads not exceeding the ampere
rating of the switch at the voltage applied
(B) Alternating-Current or Direct-Current General-Use

Yes the answer is A based on the type of load mentioned in the question. Are all of the yellow highlighted answers correct?

I just perused the other questions and was wondering what a T switch is in #23? Also I would check the answer to #25. :)

Yes article 220 is correct.

220.14(I) and (K) gives you 180VA per duplex receptacles.

210.21(B)(3) allows 2 or more 15A duplexs on a 20A branch circuit.

So you have a 20A circuit with duplexs calculated at 180VA per duplex......

I would say that most likely it is safe to assume 120V for the circuit.
 
Your right they got me with the wording 15A receptacles on 20A circuit
