To Bond or not to bond/

I am wiring a house on a farm, the feeder comes from a 200 amp panel at the service pole, do I bond the neutral and ground in the main house panel or not?

The short answer is "no". 547.9 & 250.32 & 250.4 are applicable.
If this is an existing situation, the exception to 250.32 might apply.
