Too much bonding

In the field with no code book, discrepancy on bonding ,grounding. At a existing home a 200 amp panel fed from a transfer switch proper bonding with the grounding and grounded conductor is at the Meater main , the problem I see is they are bonding neutral to ground at the panel also , code references would be helpful thanks !

This is a violation of 250.24(A)(5).

Getting the PDF version of the NEC on your phone is invaluable in those situations....unless you know it by memory:angel:
