Ditto that. I still to this day get criticism from other electricians for wearing any pouch at all. All of the old timers tell me that pouches cause back problems when your older. When i first started out in the business guys would actually tell me to put the tools in my pocket and leave the pouch at home.

mcmaster carr has a nice little leather pouch that slides inside your hip
pocket, and hangs over... holds most of what you need, and saves tearing
up your 501's...
used to use the 5 gallon tool buckie, with loops inside for the tools, got
tired of dumping it on the ground to look for stuff.
here is the latest version of my 5 gallon buckie.....
I am not wearing a belt I have always have a pair of pliers and scrwdriver in my pockets
I like the carhaart nail apron belt. It's really good!

Reread, I don't "wear" it. I carry it over my shoulder. I despise wearing anything on a belt or even wearing a belt alone. I size my jeans correctly, to heck with a belt.
Depending on the call, I have the pouch, a 5-gallon bucket buddy and tool bags. I'll normally walk in with just the pouch and return to retrieve what else is needed.
It would have helped if you posted the photo in with that post.
Besides retiring that old F16, that's a pretty sharp setup. What kind of box is that? That's a box for someone like me with OCD:smile:
That's sharp, How did you stand the tools up, wood? I really, really like that !
