If the primary swgr voltage is 2.4KV (upstream transformer secondary is 2.4KV) and this switchgear falls under the 5KV MV category. In this case, can I use a 4160:120V PT and 4160:120/240 CPT as part of the drawer ? The primary operating Voltage is 2.4KV.

So the system is 2400 V line-to-line voltage 3-phase? The secondary voltages will be lower than nominal, obviously. 69 Volts on the PT secondary may work, depending on what you are connecting to it. The CPT secondary will be 69/138 V. That's unlikely to work out well. Should be possible to get the correct transformers.

I think you have the right answer. I don't know what I was thinking.
