I just read the entire thread and as an outside observer I must say that I did not take any of Mike's comments as an insult.

Well the people they where aimed at did.

Trevor and I do not need to be taught 'the fundamentals' we both have more to learn but I don't appreciate being talked down to.

I don't see this as any different than the bonding jumper between the two ground rods.

I agree, I also agree it is much about nothing.
