Solid state dinner:
Roasted SCRs on a bed of grilled PCBs, served with a capacitor electrolyte demi-glaze and a ribbon cable pasta sprinkled with fried transistors. Desert is a frozen CPU with flaming SMPS sauce. I recommend the Cabinete whine to go with it.

This is a non-standard IEC or ANSI symbol, and despite good approximations that may be deduced by what it is intended to mean, in the end it is still a best guess.

It is the responsibility of the person using a specific symbol to define it. I would recommend contacting the person from which you obtained the drawings and simply ask for clarification.
